We host regular pre-scheduled group coaching calls on Zoom led by a professional, certified physician life coach, with replays available inside the member dashboard.
Each member has access to up to eight private sessions with a certified coach each academic year to fundamentally deepen the understanding of and apply the coaching tools.
Members are able to anonymously ask about any challenge, question or situation they would like coaching on at any time, and receive a reply from a certified coach.
Both online curriculums are self-paced, often asynchronous, and flexible: designed for busy and varied schedules. All live group coaching calls are recorded, with replays available on a private podcast.

Enrollment follows the academic calendar, with BT1 starting each Fall and BT2 following each Spring.
Our mission is to make coaching accessible for every healthcare provider. In support of this goal, we have structured our program – both the BT1 Foundational Curriculum and BT2 Mastermind Curriculum – to be available under one annual subscription.
The investment is $100 per participant, per year for each eligible physician, researcher or APP (for the Faculty and/or APP membership sites), and $50 per participant, per year for each eligible student, resident or fellow (for the UME and/or GME membership sites). There is also a $1500 annual admin fee.
The subscription includes access to both Fall and Spring cohorts. Participants are able to join at no personal cost.
