Amy Martiny, MA, MS

Program Manager, Research Assistant

I’m a sociologist, anatomist, and artist, using my powers for good by contributing to the Better Together cause.

I manage Better Together’s program logistics, operations, and communications, as well as data collection, analysis, design work, and project coordination. My research areas include medical sociology, medical education, social psychology, the philosophy of science, and death, dying, and bereavement.

Overall, I believe in the power of community, accessibility, and effectively disseminating resources and support to those in need.

“Life is the means by which the universe understands itself. And for me, our true significance lies in our ability to understand ourselves.”
