I am a wife to Matt, mother to Hudson, Weston and Emma and I practice primary care and sports medicine at the University of Colorado. I have a special interest in imposter syndrome and perfectionism, both of which are part of my story and areas where coaching has really impacted my own life.

I look forward to helping fellow physicians find joy both inside and outside of medicine and learn to take even better care of their patients by taking better care of themselves.
