I am an OB/Gyn Hospitalist in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where I teach residents and medical students at a very high volume institution, caring for a high-risk and underserved patient population. I am the lucky mom of two spunky girls and love to coach on self-confidence, self-care, perfectionism, people pleasing, impostor syndrome and burn-out and help other female physicians live their life by design instead of by default.
