I am an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and a Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory University School of Medicine. My academic work focuses on clinician well-being, professional identity, and coaching-based interventions in healthcare, including serving as principal investigator for the Better Together Advanced Practice Provider randomized controlled trial.
Beyond the data, my heart lives in the human side of medicine. I am devoted to helping clinicians remember who they are beneath the roles, expectations, and relentless pace of healthcare. I coach fellows across multiple divisions at Emory and lead workshops for APPs and faculty nationally, creating spaces where people feel seen, resourced, and reconnected to purpose. My mission is to help healthcare professionals reclaim their agency, live from alignment rather than depletion, and build lives that feel deeply meaningful, sustainable, and whole.
