For Participants

The hardest part of medicine is not the workload.

It’s the uncertainty. The hierarchy. The pressure to be competent all the time.
Training teaches clinical mastery.

It rarely teaches how to stay whole inside it.

Over time, that erodes your agency, your clarity, and your connection to why you started.

Better Together is not a just another wellness program.

We partner with institutions, departments, and training programs to provide cognitive and professional capacity training for people across medicine – students, residents, fellows, and practicing clinicians – who want to:

The result isn’t just less burnout.

It’s stronger professional identity, greater flexibility under stress, and more sustainable careers in medicine.

Come remember who you are – and build the fortitude to practice medicine without abandoning yourself.

Live Coaching Calls

We host regular pre-scheduled group coaching calls on Zoom led by a professional, certified physician life coach, with replays available inside the member dashboard.

1:1 Coaching

Each member has access to up to eight private sessions with a certified coach each academic year to fundamentally deepen the understanding of and apply the coaching tools.

Written Coaching

Members are able to anonymously ask about any challenge, question or situation they would like coaching on at any time, and receive a reply from a certified coach.

Both online curriculums are self-paced, often asynchronous, and flexible: designed for busy and varied schedules. All live group coaching calls are recorded, with replays available on a private podcast.
